paid $10 to get a horrendous wash. had clean me written on the back of my trunk and you can literally still see it, spots everywhere, can’t believe i wasted my money. maybe it would’ve been better if i got a more expensive wash, but i should have to resort to that just to get simple dirt and grime off of my car..
There was an employee sitting in a Jeep Cherokee not doing anything when there was a lot of cars in line. I spoke to another employee and he said that the other employee Jonathan is on sales and hasn’t been doing anything or helping them at all. Other than that the other employees evan and kale were doing a great job!
Would be a 4 or 5 star if it didn’t cost $26. It does a better job than the other automatic wash in town. But still leaves lots of bugs on the mirrors, windshield, bumper, and grill. The wheels also have lots of grime still on them. The attendant asked me to roll down my window to tell me which vacuum stall to pull in which I thought was strange. For the price I’ll just pay my detail guy another $30 to actually wash the truck.
Visited this facility today and didn't get my full service. They didn't do the full prep wash, they only prep wash to the rear if the car, also there was an attendant there to open the gate, however, I did not get my tire shine. I'm considering going back to Mister Car Wash. I don't like feeling as though I've been cheated. I don't know why they made these changes, but they need to change back 😡
I have been a member since Flash & Dash was first built and now it is Zip's Car wash and they still have excellent service! They.know exactly how I want my car taken care of before it goes through the tunnel and they make sure that everyone is informed! They truly take pride in their work! The pictures of my Mustang were taken on February 19, 2023. My Mustang GT is 2021!
Very friendly employees, attentive. My car had the green pollen in my jeeps crevices. Went to magic close to me, terrible! Zips got my car clean, no more green stuff, even my grill looked shiny again. Only car wash I'll ever use from now on.
I have a 2023 jeep wrangler with purple accessories and I like to hand wash it, as I was getting ready to pay to vacuum my car Tony came up to me and said that I was welcome to come over to Zip Car wash to vacuum and use the window
cleaner, I was so grateful that he let me vacuum my jeep. Thank you Mr Tony for being so nice and friendly 😊
Very good customer service. He was very polite and helped me select a wash and went over all membership information with me. I was very pleased with the quality of the wash, my car came out squeaky clean.
